Don’t Go To Bed does not require an app account.

On your device

Leaving a session ends its temporary world, inventory and progress. Removing the app removes its local preferences and data, subject to any device backups you retain. Manage backups separately in your device settings.

Purchase and support records

To request deletion of information we control, email info@jamescullimore.dev with the subject “Don’t Go To Bed data deletion”. We may need limited transaction information to locate an anonymous purchase record. Never send passwords or payment credentials.

Support messages are kept for no more than twelve months after a request is closed unless legally required for longer. Pseudonymous purchase and transaction data are generally kept for no more than three years after the last purchase, then deleted or anonymized. Legally required billing records may remain longer.

Apple, Google and RevenueCat also process data under their own terms. Removing the app does not erase store transaction records, request a refund or cancel pending purchase approval. See the Android policy or iOS policy.
